As a vegan there is no need to worry about protein, calcium or iron as these can all be obtained from a healthy, balanced vegan diet. The only supplements I take are Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3. Watch out for gelatine as an ingredient in supplements. I had my blood checked after 3 years vegan and the results can be seen on my blog here.
